LuckyOne Bonus & Promotional Policy
This Bonus & Promotional Policy governs the use of all bonuses, promotional credits, and sweepstakes promotional currencies issued by LuckyOne. By participating in any promotion, players agree to comply with these terms, in addition to LuckyOne’s general Terms of Service.
LuckyOne reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or cancel any promotion at any time.
1. Promotional Currency System
LuckyOne operates a dual promotional currency system consisting of Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC).
Gold Coins (GC)
Gold Coins are provided solely for entertainment gameplay.
Gold Coins have no monetary value.
Gold Coins cannot be redeemed for cash, prizes, or equivalents.
Gold Coins may be included with purchases of digital entertainment packages.
Gold Coins are not considered promotional sweepstakes entries.
Sweeps Coins (SC)
Sweeps Coins are promotional tokens that may be used to participate in sweepstakes gameplay.
When SC are used in eligible games and applicable wagering requirements are met, resulting winnings may become eligible for redemption, subject to verification.
SC may be awarded through promotions, welcome bonuses, complimentary rewards, alternative entry methods, or purchase promotions.
SC balances remain promotional until wagering requirements are satisfied.
All redemptions are subject to account verification, compliance checks, and fraud review.
2. Eligibility and Account Verification
Participation in promotions is subject to the following conditions:
Players must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before making purchases or redeeming winnings.
Only one account per individual is permitted.
Multiple accounts created by the same person, household, IP address, device, or payment method may be restricted, suspended, or closed.
LuckyOne reserves the right to request additional documentation or verification at any time.

3. Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated within a promotion:
All promotional funds, GC bonuses, or SC bonuses—including the No Deposit Welcome Offer—must be wagered at least five (5) times before becoming eligible for redemption.
All purchased funds must be wagered at least one (1) time before redemption eligibility.
Wagering requirements apply to the credited promotional amount or bonus portion of a purchase.
For purchase promotions, wagering is calculated based on the bonus portion included in the package.
There is no maximum bet restriction during wagering unless otherwise specified.
Redeeming funds does not automatically forfeit active packages unless explicitly stated, but may result in forfeiture of promotional or non-purchased bonus funds.
LuckyOne reserves the right to increase wagering requirements on certain bonuses or packages at any time without prior notice.

Wagering is calculated based on the bonus portion included in the purchase package.
There is no maximum redemption limit unless otherwise specified.
6. Other Bonus Promotions
LuckyOne may offer bonuses without requiring a purchase.
These may include GC, SC, free spins, or other promotional credits.
Wagering requirements must be completed within 48 hours of being credited.
Promotion values and conditions may vary by campaign.
Redemption eligibility remains subject to verification and compliance checks.
7. Game Contribution
Only eligible games contribute toward wagering requirements.

9. Bonus Abuse and Advantage Play
The following activities are prohibited:
Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional bonuses
Collusion between players
Opposing or offsetting bets designed to minimize risk
Low-risk wagering strategies intended solely to clear wagering requirements
Game-switching strategies designed to reduce variance
Delayed wagering strategies intended to preserve bonus balances
Systematic bonus farming
Exploiting system errors, bugs, or unintended game mechanics
If abuse is identified, LuckyOne may:
Cancel bonuses
Void associated winnings
Reverse promotional credits
Restrict future promotions
Suspend or permanently close accounts
All determinations are made at LuckyOne’s sole discretion.
10. Dormant Bonus/Pack Expiration
Packs are intended for active gameplay.
If a balance shows no wagering activity for 365 consecutive days, LuckyOne may:
- Expire the balance, or
- Remove the balance from the account.
For promotional balances, if wagering is not completed within 48 hours, the balance relating to that promotion will be removed.
Expired balances cannot be reinstated.
11. Game and Provider Exclusion Authority
LuckyOne may exclude specific games, providers, or categories from bonus wagering at any time.
Wagers placed on excluded games will not count toward wagering requirements.
Eligible game lists may be updated periodically.
Players are responsible for ensuring they wager on eligible games.
12. Redemption Review and Compliance Checks
All redemption requests are subject to review and approval.
LuckyOne may conduct:
Identity verification
Gameplay review
Fraud detection checks
Compliance audits
Redemptions may be delayed, limited, or denied if irregular activity is identified.
LuckyOne reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a redemption.
13. Fraud, Risk Monitoring, and Promotion Revocation
LuckyOne uses automated and manual systems to detect:
Fraud
Bonus abuse
Organized promotion exploitation
Suspicious gameplay patterns
If such activity is detected, LuckyOne may:
Revoke promotional balances
Void winnings obtained through abuse
Suspend accounts pending investigation
Permanently close accounts involved in fraudulent activity
14. Technical Errors and System Malfunctions
In the event of software errors, system malfunctions, incorrect bonus awards, or game faults, LuckyOne reserves the right to:
Correct balances
Cancel affected wagers
Void incorrectly credited bonuses or winnings
This applies to human, technical, or system errors affecting promotional outcomes.
